The Vickers medium machine gun is one of the most iconic guns from WWI. Here we have taken a kit made in 1942 at the Lithgow plant. Using a HALO side plate, or one of our own, we rebuild the Vickers based on the Lonnie Ingram semi-auto design. To recreate the Sten submachine gun from WWII we have to use a 16 inch barrel in order to keep it compliant. You could build it as a pistol and have the 10 inch barrel, but then we would have to remove the stock and install a pistol grip. Seeing the barrel looks a little much, I mocked this one up to resemble the MKIIS as used by the OSS in WWII. The MKIIS was a suppressed version used by clandestine units.
